201 17th Street Atlantic Station, Atlanta, Georgia 201 17th Street is the second office tower in the 138-acre brownfield redevelopment Atlantic Station near Atlanta's Midtown. Epsten Group consulted for achievement of a LEED for Core and Shell Gold certification, incorporating seven Campus Credits for the entire mixed-use development. The 17-story, 350,000 sq. ft. building incorporates a variety of sustainable elements, including a light-colored heat-reflecting roof and low-emitting interior finishes. The exterior features an energy-efficient curtain wall with tempered vision glass, opening up the office interiors to skyline views. Epsten Group also initiated implementation of a construction waste management plan to divert materials from landfills. |
