Atlanta, Georgia This conversion of a 1950s warehouse behind Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta preserves as much of its original structure as practical. The original shell was outfitted with large tinted windows and glazed lobbies behind the entry canopies to create a daylit interior while keeping cooling loads minimal. The base structure is further updated with a deck overlooking a creek ravine, a new system of corridors, and four new or renovated bathrooms. Custom interior designs for each tenant were created to address the specific spatial needs of an extensive variety of businesses. |
