![]() Mansfield, Georgia Epsten Group coordinated the design team's efforts toward achieving a LEED certification for the Banquet Hall at the Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center. The kitchen uses water-conserving faucets and energy-efficient appliances, and kitchen refuse is composted. Washable dishes and consumer waste recycling will minimize trash disposal from diners. Recycled carpet and low-emitting materials contribute to a comfortable and pleasant interior. The site design uses recycled rubber walkways and filters stormwater runoff through vegetated swales. |
