 Cambridge, Massachusetts The Epsten Group is the building envelope commissioning agaent for the Fogg Art Museum addition. This 200,000 sf addition will add galleries, lecture halls, shops, and business offices to the museum. The building will include several atra, and the main courtyard will form an atrum that extends from ground level to the roof. The scope of services include design review and a commissioning plan/specifications, which include historic exterior materials, masonry walls, aluminum framings, waterproofing/roofing membrane, curtain wall, storefronts, windows, doors, glazings and wood rainscreen. |
