With a desire for environmental sustainability, the Frank-Whites and Epsten Group looked for innovative and sensitive materials and methods throughout the project. Through the utilization of natural ventilation and daylighting, rapidly renewable interior materials, and streamlined spatial and storage solutions, the third story addition and second story extension exceeded the client's expectations and maintained the integrity of the residential community. |
