Epsten Group was invited to lead a charrette at Fort Monmouth NJ, for the U.S. Military Academy Preparatory School, a renovation project of two existing barracks buildings. Following the charrette, Epsten Group prepared a detailed charrette report with evaluations and recommendations for a SPiRiT rating of the project. Further, Epsten Group developed suggestions to the Engineer Research and Development Center of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers for documentation of each new SPiRiT credit point, showing
how the SPiRiT requirements might result in data that can be measured and documented.
