 Charleston, South Carolina The Physical Education and Athletic Center, in Charleston, SC is a 127,749 square feet, three-story addition to an existing building which also will be renovated. Epsten Group was the building envelope commissioning agent, providing design reviews and a commissioning plan for the envelope systems, which include masonry walls, metal panels, curtain wall, glazing, stucco walls, windows, doors, waterproofing/roofing membrane, and watertight panels. Epsten Group’s services also included the observation of the building envelope components, review submittals and shop drawings, and observation of standard water and air testings on installed materials. |
