 Georgia Tech, Atlanta, Georgia The Epsten Group served as the Sustainable Design Consultant for Technology Square, Georgia Tech's $180 million expansion in Midtown Atlanta on three city blocks. The firm also provided LEED certification consulting for a designated portion of the project, the $40 million, 248,000 sp. ft. Management Building. Though the initial objective was only a LEED Certified level, The Epsten Group helped Georgia Tech achieve a LEED-NC Silver certification. The certified project includes the College of Management, street retail, and a campus bookstore operated by Barnes and Noble, and a portion of the parking deck. |
