Honors Residence Hall University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina Epsten Group reviewed the building envelope systems for the University of South Carolina Honors Residence Hall. The 230,000 sq. ft. project, designed by Garvin Design Group, Inc., Columbia, SC, with Sasaki Associates, Boston, MA, includes a learning center and 600-700 bed capacity building. Envelope systems for the project include brick veneer, cast stone veneer, aluminum curtain walls, aluminum composite panels, cast stone copings, metal copings, flat membrane roofing, standing seam metal roofing, below-grade horizontal and vertical waterproofing, and photovoltaic panels. |
