 Atlantic Station, Atlanta, Georgia The Epsten Group assisted the owner, design, and construction team on a 21-story office building in Atlantic Station, the nation’s largest and most highly publicized mixed-use urban brownfield development. The high-rise is LEED-CS Silver certified under the LEED pilot program LEED for Core and Shell, and achieved the world’s first LEED campus credits that can be applied to any building on the site. The Epsten Group also wrote Tenant Design and Construction Guidelines for the interior build-out. The office tower houses a financial institution, a law firm, and additional business and retail tenants. |
